Digital Watch Progress
I haven't posted an update on here regarding the digital watch for a while.
If you've been following me on my Youtube channel, you'll have seen that my first batch of PCB's have arrived and have been built.
There were a few lessons learnt here, I had made quite a few mistakes on the PCB, meaning I needed to install some jumper wires for operation and programming.
Since this video, I have ordered a revised set of PCBs, on these I have resolved all the errors made on the first version. I have also included pads for additional switches and I/O. To make programming easier, I have designed the PCB to have a 6-pin JST female socket. This "should" help with the programming and debugging of the software.
Once the new PCB is here and tested, I intent to sell a small batch of them to those of you that are up for having a go at self sourcing the parts and building one of the watches. Stay tuned for this!
